Terms and Product Guarantee

By accessing our website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

DELIVERY:
£5.00 on orders below £20.00.
Free delivery on orders above £20.00.
Delivery to the UK and Ireland are dispatched between Monday to Friday.
Delivery times between 9.00am to 6.00pm.

We aim to deliver within 2-4 working days (SPECIAL OFFERS between 2 – 10 working days).
If an item is out of stock, we will contact you immediately to arrange an alternative date or a refund.

All items are sent via BUISINESS POST.
A signature will be required upon receipt.
Please make sure someone will be available to sign for the parcels on delivery.


CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY
We are confident that you will be pleased with your purchase, but if you are not satisfied, return the product within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price.

Products received by courier should be checked before being signed for.

If the exterior packaging or the products are found to be damaged you must sign CHECKED AND FOUND TO BE DAMAGED, if you fail to do this we will not be able to offer a refund. Contact us on
020 8201 6086 who will inform you of the exact procedure.

For reasons of HYGIENE, we will not replace or refund items that have been opened or seals that have been broken.

Funds will be credited into the same account that was debited.

If you wish to change an unopened item this will be done but will incur a £6.95 charge to cover administration, postage and packing plus any cost difference of the items.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning items to us.

We do not accept liability for returned packages damaged during transit back to us. It is your responsibility to wrap products adequately to prevent damage.

If you wish to cancel your order, please phone and confirm by email sales@belnatur.co.uk.
As we try to process orders immediately it may not always be possible to prevent an order from being despatched.
If your order has already been despatched you may return the items in accordance with our Returned policy.

GOVERNING LAW
These terms and conditions shall be governed by construed in accordance with English law Disputes arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.

Your details are confidential and you will not receive any unsolicited mail as a result from ordering from Belnatur.
No information will be passed to third parties.
All information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the data protection act 1998.

We endeavour to take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information. All our transactions are processed by Nochex, who use bank approved software and the highest level of encryption to ensure that your credit card details are kept secure at all times.

PAYMENT
We accept Master card, Switch, Visa, Visa Electron, Solo, Visa Delta and Maestro.
We take payment at the time of order, not necessarily the time of dispatch.
This is to ensure there are no last minute delays in getting your order delivered on time.
Please ensure that all the details you provide us with are correct.
The displayed price is the amount in pounds sterling that you will pay.

LIABILITY
Belnatur have no liability in respect of the application or use of products.
You should seek medical advice if in doubt.

GENERAL
We only service clients in the UK and Ireland.

We do not accept orders from PO Box numbers.

We reserve the right to change our website conditions at any time.
